- Prepare the fabric. First, it comes from the switch type of raglan sleeves. Copy the pattern paper and prepare 1 front body, 2 back waists (symmetrical), and 2 sleeves. Leave about 1 cm seam allowance around the edges and cut.
- While paying attention to the direction around the collar.
- Sew pattern lines. Sew (red thread).
- In the same way, we sew the sleeves and body together.
- Reduce seam allowance to approximately 5mm and iron.
- As shown below, prepare the lining fabric.
- First, we make the pattern line (red line) around the sewn pattern, next, sew along the line, and sew the cuffs (yellow line).
- Cut off excess fabric.
- Use a ruler to neatly measure the seam allowance width of 7mm and cut at the hem and side arms.
- Reserve the return port for suturing and cloth with red thread) to make it easy to turn back. (
- Turn over to the front.
- Smooth and smooth, as shown in the photo.
- Match the front and rear waist and hem, underarm (under the cuffs) and armpits of the same fabric to the "lining fabric" and
- Where there is no stitching finish, it is sewn by hand. (black line)
- Turn over to the lining and it will look like this. Only the hem is unstitched.
- Adjust the hem to the "inside" edge, aligning the edges.
- Reserve a return opening and sew it with a sewing machine. (red line)
- Turn it back to "front" and toggle back.
- Next we will sew the elastic part of the neckline (around the red line). Use a flat elastic band about 3mm wide). Insert the elastic band from the back.
- Secure and sew both ends with needle and thread. Simple excess elastic.
- Prepare the Velcro, with a width of 25 mm and a length of half length (12.5 mm), and sew it inside the brown line frame in the picture below.
