Appreciation of non-woven delicacies for Chinese Valentine’s Day

On the Chinese Valentines Day in ancient times, women in the boudoir would "worship the Weaver Girl" on this day. Five or six friends would set up a table under the moonlight and put tea, wine, fruits, five seeds (longan, red dates, hazelnuts, Peanuts, melon seeds) and other sacrifices; there are also several flowers, bunched with red paper, placed in bottles, and a small incense burner placed in front of the flowers. After burning incense in front of the case and praying, everyone sat around the table, eating peanuts and melon seeds while looking towards the constellation of the Vega, and silently thought about their thoughts. Thinking about it, what a clean and quiet scene. If we were at my mothers house in the countryside, I would definitely set up a table in the yard with my sister to serve fruits and wine to worship the Weaver Girl. Here I had to make some non-woven delicacies to worship the Weaver Girl, which is rarely seen in the city. The moon, thinking about it, would definitely not be there on Chinese Valentines Day.
