Handmade fabrics always make people feel warm, but the tedious production process can easily put people off. Let me share a very simple and practical fabric craft. Use non-woven fabric to make triangular bookends. You can make a pair of unique fabric bookends in just a few steps.
Material preparation: non-woven fabric, filling cotton, rice.
Cut the non-woven fabric into a size of 18cm*26cm, fold the fabric in half with the wrong side facing up, and then sew the 18cm long edge.
Turn the fabric back to the front, fold one side of the fabric inward 0.5cm, and sew the folded edge.
Fill one-third of the rice in the fabric and fill the remaining space with cotton stuffing.
Fold the edge inward 0.5cm, and then sew in a direction perpendicular to the bottom. Note that it must be perpendicular to the bottom, not parallel.
Make another bookend using the same method and you’re done!
