I really like hand-made things, and I feel that the things I make by myself are particularly meaningful. Recently, I bought a lot of DIY materials for children’s hair accessories and made many beautiful hair clips. I’ll share the production process with you below.

Prepare two hair ties. The specific length can vary depending on the individual. Take the dimensions in the picture below as an example.

Step one: Burn the cut area of ??the cut hair tie with a lighter to avoid hair lines.

Then stick it on one end of the hair tie with double-sided tape.

Step 2: Fold the hair tie into a bow shape with your hands. Note: It looks better if there is a groove recessed in the middle~

Step 3: Use a needle and thread to sew the middle part of the bow so that it can be firmly fixed!

Use the same method for the other hair tie.

Step 4: Use hot melt glue to overlap the two bows and stick them together.

Press gently with your hands to ensure a firm bond. Remember: don’t squeeze too much hot melt glue, otherwise the excess glue will look unsightly!

Isn’t it pretty when it’s glued together~

Step 5: Cut a small piece of thin hairband to make the central knot of the bow. A brighter color will look better and can be used as an embellishment.

Also use hot melt glue to fix it. Be careful when operating to avoid the glue getting on the hairband.

Don’t worry, you still need to add a clip before you can wear it.

Step 6: Use a thin hair tie to unpack the small clip and stick it on with hot melt glue to make it look more beautiful.
