2 Fold the fabric in half and cut into 2 pieces, leaving 1cm on the edge.
3Cut the fabric to the thickness of the letters, 7cm wide, leaving extra length.

6 The fabric is cut and ready for sewing.
Sew one side of the 7 letter fabric and 7cm wide side fabric first.
8 Sew to the end of the letter.

10 Leave a return opening on the 7cm wide fabric.
