DIY Women’s Slippers from Old Jeans

Craftsmanship has introduced many tutorials on the transformation of old jeans, which can be used to make aprons, cushions, storage baskets, ripped jeans, etc. (see here for details). Today, we will use old jeans to DIY small and fresh women’s slippers. When the little sisters come to play at home, they can wear homemade denim slippers!

DIY Women’s Slippers from Old Jeans

Materials for making denim slippers:

A pair of old jeans;

A pair of thick insoles (or slipper soles);

One roll of webbing;

Needle and thread, scissors.

Steps to make denim slippers:

1) Cut fabric from old jeans according to your shoe size. You need 4 pieces of sole fabric and 2 pieces of upper fabric.

2) The front and back edges of the shoe upper fabric are bound with webbing, as shown in the picture.

3) The insole is sandwiched between two pieces of sole fabric and bound with webbing to form the sole.

4) Sew the upper to the sole, then use the fabric from old jeans to make a pair of bows and sew them on the upper as decoration.
