Don’t just throw away your old jeans. Let’s DIY and turn them into treasures and make them into patchwork cushions or cushions~╮( ̄▽ ̄")╭.
Main materials:
Waste jeans (or ordinary denim)
Tools required:
Sewing machine/scissors
Filling cotton/positioning pin
Production steps:
Step 1:
The main material prepared is denim, which is cut according to the required size.
Reference size: Four rectangular side fabrics 12cm*35cm [or one long side fabric 12cm*130cm, square fabric 5cm*5cm, 8 pieces each of two colors, it is best to match the colors with different shades
In addition, positioning pins are needed for fixation, and of course there is enough filling cotton~
Step 2:
Cut the square fabric along the diagonal, then join a light-colored triangle and a dark-colored triangle to form a square, and sew them together as shown in the picture.
Step 3:
Next, sew the four side panels. Connected to form a long side.
Then sew it together with the back of the entire square patchwork made in the previous step.
Step 4:
When half of the edge is left to be sewn, first cut off a small triangle at the right angles of the four corners, and turn the entire front side out, so that too much fabric will not accumulate at the right angles and cause deformation~
Step 5:
Stuff in the stuffing cotton and sew the last opening and it’s done~
Step 6:
You can also use light-colored denim for a long strip of cloth around it~ or adding a zipper for easy disassembly~
Step 7:
Because the back of the cushion cannot be seen, you can just use a whole piece of denim of the same color, which will save a lot of effort~
