2017 is coming to an end soon, and New Year’s Day is approaching. Let’s share a beautiful origami lantern tutorial, let the children learn how to make it, and feel the authentic Chinese New Year flavor~
Material preparation: 4 square pieces of red cardboard, 1 twist stick.
First cut the cardboard into three equal parts to get a total of 12 long paper strips.
Fold the long paper strip edge to edge.
Fold the upper right corner.
Fold the other three corners in the same way.
What it looks like after folding.
Other long notes are handled similarly. Then take two long folded paper strips and staple the two upward corners along the crease with a stapler. Then order 6 long strips of paper in sequence using the same method.
Then glue and fix the two corners of each long paper strip, and half of the lantern is completed.
Take the remaining 6 long paper strips to make the other half of the lantern.
Steps to start combining.
Stack the two halves of the lantern together as shown above.
The two corners folded inward are glued together, and the main body of the lantern is completed.
Finally, insert the twist stick into the middle of the lantern, and a paper lantern that can be hung is completed~
