This is a simple and fun whirlwind windmill DIY. Place it on the tip of a pen and run around, or throw it from a high place and it will spin like an airplane propeller.
Materials and tools prepared: colored paper, scissors.
Cut three long paper strips from colored paper of different colors, with the same width and length.
Fold each long piece of paper in half.
Then, as shown in the picture above, cross the three strips of paper and gently tighten them to complete the production of the toy windmill.
Put it on the tip of the pen and quickly move the pen to see the windmill spin~
