Step 1:

Prepare a square piece of paper and fold it in half.

Step 2:

Fold it in half again.

Step 3:

Open one step.

Step 4:

Fold it in half again.

Step 5:

Open, then flatten.

Step 6:

Get something like the picture above.

Step 7:

Turn over.

Step 8:

Fold one side toward the center line.

Step 9:

Open the upper part on the left and press it to the right.

Step 11:

Step 12:

Open from the bottom.

Step 13:
