People who love reading should have a lot of bookmarks to mark which page they have read, but sometimes they inevitably encounter the dilemma of not clipping it properly and the bookmarks slip out! This is certainly not the end of the world, and relying on memory, I can definitely turn to the page I saw at the beginning, but...it is a little inconvenient, and sometimes the desire to read is lost when I turn the pages!
In response to this situation, Japanese Twitter user @rukow994 shared a few "family secrets" (actually taught to him by his mother~) and folded two bookmarks with built-in folding functions to help everyone solve this problem. Little annoyance!
The first one is a simple version of the origami bookmark
First, take out a square piece of stationery. If there is a pattern on it (like the Lala Bear in the photo), it can make the bookmark look more pleasing~~
First fold it in half left and right.
The next step is to fold it in half up and down.
After unfolding it into a long strip, fold the lower (upper) corners upward along the midline, and fold the upper (two layers) corners downwards to form a triangle. Then put the upper corner into the pocket of the lower corner.
Remember to stuff them all in~~
Then... you're done! Its easy!
The second type of bookmark requires a little more steps. It also requires preparing a square piece of letter paper.
After folding it in half, fold the upper left corner down along the center line.
Then fold it in half up and down, and stuff the right corner (two layers) into the left corner pocket.
Then it’s done! And it happens to be symmetrical with the simple version of the bookmark, one on the left and one on the right.
Have you ever suddenly felt... In fact, you don't need to spend money to buy bookmarks at all. As long as you have a piece of paper, you can easily mark the progress of your reading. If you get tired of reading and want to change it, you can replace it at any time without feeling. I feel guilty about spending money recklessly, it seemsIt’s really good~~
