First step

Draw a capital letter O and use this capital letter O as the center point of the snail.

Draw two more large circles on top of this O, so that the snails back is basically completed.

The third step

Draw the snails body and mouth with lines on the underside of its back.

At the end, draw the snails tentacles on the snails body, and you're done.
