First step
First, we use two S-shaped curves to outline the outline of the seals body, then use arcs to draw the seals mouth, and then draw a crescent-shaped tail. As shown in the picture

The second step
Then we use a drawing method similar to drawing a triangle to draw the forelimbs inside the seals body and on the right side of the body. Then we draw the facial features and a short beard on the seal. Finally, we draw patterns on the seals body and then color it, so that our seal is finished.
