I like foods that most people don’t like, such as garlic, coriander, bitter melon, durian... Recently, I have fallen in love with avocado again.
Avocado is a tropical fruit, shaped like a pear, with a rough black skin, a large core, and yellow-green flesh. When I first ate it, I felt it had no taste and was as bland as boiled water. It tastes like butter and is a bit sticky to the teeth. The more I eat it, the more disgusting I feel.
I heard from my mother that avocados are very nutritious. I thought: It’s a pity not to taste such nutritious food! So I asked my mother to buy a lot of avocados, and tasted the various seasonings in the kitchen with the avocados one by one. Finally, I felt that it tastes best with Japanese soy sauce. The taste was very strange, like eating raw salmon.
Since then, I have fallen in love with avocados. I get excited when I mention avocados and immediately ask my mother to buy them. Of course, soy sauce is indispensable when eating. I like eating avocado in my own original way!
