The cup is large, spherical, with thorns on the outside and 2 to 3 nuts. They are born in the cup and are commonly known as chestnuts. They are a specialty of China and are known as the "King of Dried Fruits". They are also known as "Ginseng Fruit" abroad. Chestnuts, which are sweet and delicious, have been a precious fruit since ancient times and are the best among dried fruits. Chestnuts are nuts and are very high in starch. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that chestnuts have the effects of nourishing the kidneys and spleen, strengthening the body and bones, benefiting the stomach and calming the liver. Therefore, chestnuts have the reputation of "kidney fruit". Distributed in Liaoning, Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi Huanglong County and other places in China, chestnuts from the Kuancheng area of ??Chengde, Hebei, and Qianxi area of ??Tangshan, Hebei contain organic iron, so they are particularly famous for organic chestnuts.
