Lettuce is an annual or biennial herb of the genus Lactuca in the Asteraceae family, also known as lettuce, lettuce, and stephanie. Lettuce is native to the Mediterranean coast, northern Asia, Africa and other countries, and was introduced to my country during the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Lettuce can be divided into leaf lettuce and stem lettuce. Leaf lettuce is also called lettuce. The leaves grow from the roots, and some are formed into balls, which is called head lettuce.
