Rowing is a sport in which a human oar is used to propel a boat forward on the water. Depending on the type of boat, there are three: rowboats, kayaks and rowboats. The shape of the rowing boat is like a shuttle with thin ends. During the rowing process, the athlete leans forward (as shown in the seal picture), leans back, steps on the pedals, and the sliding seat moves forward and backward to make the boat move quickly in the water.
