Children’s DIY paper lanterns for Mid-Autumn Festival
Materials:Colored paper, soft ruler, scissors, double-sided tape, logs
Production Steps
Step 1: Prepare the materials. Be careful not to make the colored paper too hard. Soft paper is preferred. Use a soft ruler to measure the size of the round wood pieces, as shown in Figure 2.
Step 2:Choose the color of the colored paper you like, and then use the colored paper to measure the size of the colored paper. Note that the length of the colored paper should be consistent with the size of the log. A little longer is fine, so you’ll need about eight pieces of colored paper of similar length.
Step 3: Create your own colored paper, arrange it in order, as shown in the picture below, and paste it into the shape of picture 2 below.
Step 4: Fix the log piece on top of the paper cylinder and trim away the excess colored paper.
Step 5:After fixing, use scissors to cut from bottom to top, cutting all the way to the top, and then tidy it up a little.
