On Saturday morning, my aunt and I visited the Laohutan Polar Aquarium.
We first went to the Coral Museum, where there were many falling corals and small fish. Some corals are flat, like branches, and others are like mushrooms. There are also many fat starfish and sea urchins covered in spines in the fish tanks in the museum.
After leaving the Coral Pavilion, we came to the Polar Pavilion. I saw polar bears, penguins, seals... They all stayed in their huge glass houses. I bought some fish and fed them to the docile seals.
We came to the water world. I felt like we were in the ocean. There were all kinds of fish everywhere!
Entering the performance area, we chose a place close to the stage. s position. The show started, and a beluga whale and its keeper came to everyone. The beluga is gray-white, more than 6 meters long and 1 meter wide, with a huge protrusion on its head. When it swims, it uses its tail fins to accelerate and its pectoral fins to control direction. Under the command of the keeper, the beluga sang a song, "baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa", and I felt that its voice was much higher than that of a dolphin.
Next was the dolphin performance. The colored ball hanging in the air came down. Two dolphins jumped out of the water and touched the colored ball with their mouths at the same time, which won everyones warm applause. After a while, the dolphin jumped out of the water again and used its tail to gather the colored balls again. Then came the arithmetic performance. There was an arithmetic problem on the shelf: 3+5=? The smart dolphin came to the whistle and blew it 8 times. 9——1=? The dolphin blew 5 times, then shook its head, as if to say: "I'm sorry, I mixed up 6 and 9 and counted it as 6--1." ”It went back and blew the whistle eight more times. At this time, the audience gave the dolphins the warmest applause and cheers.
The following performances are performed by clowns and sea lions. The clown performs a handstand, while the sea lion rests on the ground with its forelimbs and tilts its tail upwards, making it easy to stand on its head. Everyone agreed that the Sea Lions did a good job and cheered for the Sea Lions.
There are many performances later, such as: walruses doing push-ups, seals shaking hula hoops... After seeing these wonderful performances of marine animals, a visit to the Polar Aquarium is a must its over. I walked out of the aquarium very happily!
