There is a grape plant in front of my house that has been growing for many years. Almost as thick as an arm, the branches covered the entire grape trellis.
The spring breeze blows, and the grapes grow yellow-green buds. After a few days, the buds turned into small green leaves. After a few spring rains, the small leaves turned into palm-sized leaves, covering the entire grape trellis.
In summer, the grape leaves grow more lush and lush, covering the entire grape trellis tightly. From a distance, it looks like a green pergola. The scorching sun shines on the grape trellis, only a few rays of golden light shine through, and it looks particularly cool under the grape trellis. At this time, grapes began to bear fruit, and the small grapes were like green pearls hanging all over the grape trellis. I really want to pick them and eat them, but my mother told me that they are not delicious now. They will not be delicious until the grapes are ripe in autumn!
I really look forward to autumn when the bunches of grapes turn from green to green. It turns dark red, grows round and big, crystal clear, like agate. The grapes were harvested, and I picked a big one and put it in my mouth. It was so delicious, sweet and sour, with a lot of juice. Grapes are such a good fruit!
Winter is coming, and there are gusts of cold wind blowing. Yellow leaves fell one by one from the grape trellis. The grape trellises were sparsely scattered, with only scattered branches left. A heavy snow covered the earth with silver, and the branches on the grape trellis were also covered. Seeing the winter scene, I really hope that spring will come soon, so that the grapes can sprout, grow leaves and bear fruit.
I love this vibrant grape.
