First make the rear wheel, use yellow tape to stick both sides of the cardboard disc, and then use black tape to cover one side of the CD disk. Use a thumbtack to drill a spindle hole in the center of each cardboard disc. Stack 2 cardboard discs and 3 CD discs together as shown in the picture. After the shaft holes are aligned, stick them with removable glue dots.
Use a tape measure to measure from the vertical center seam of the bottle, and mark the shaft hole on it, as shown in the picture. Mark the position of the steering column about 3.5' from the nose of the bottle. Use thumbtacks to poke holes in it, then use scissors to enlarge the holes. Insert straw. Insert a 5" bamboo skewer into the steering column hole.
Assemble the rear wheel. Insert the stack of wheels into a bamboo skewer, then insert the bamboo skewer into the straw. Use thumbtacks to poke holes in the hubcap made of yellow milk bottle caps. Thread one onto a bamboo skewer and glue a hex nut onto the hub cap. Install the other rear wheel in the same way. Make sure both rear wheels are on the ground.
Make the front wheel. Use thumbtacks to poke holes in two yellow soda bottle caps, then use the tip of a knife to enlarge the holes. Insert one of the soda bottle caps onto a 3.75" bamboo skewer, and then insert the bamboo skewer into the straw. Install the other front wheel in the same way. Then glue a hex nut on each wheel.

Use a thumbtack to poke a hole in the black bottle cap and use scissors to enlarge it. Place it on the steering column and glue a hex nut on it with a removable glue dot. Then use removable glue dots to glue the pen cap to the green milk bottle cap to make an exhaust pipe, and then glue the exhaust pipe to the tractor. Finally, screw the yellow bottle cap onto the beverage bottle.
