This unique cat house is made entirely out of cardboard, which requires a lot of cardboard! I’m sure all of you have a lot of unused cardboard boxes, don’t throw them away, follow this tutorial below and use all the cardboard for Your cat builds a big house. The structure of this cat house is very stable and I’m sure your cat will love it!

Materials and tools: compasses, rulers, pencils, cutters, white glue, lots of corrugated cardboard.

1. Cut 38 round pieces from cardboard, gradually becoming smaller in order. The largest one is 21.5cm, all next ones must be 5mm smaller than the previous one. So the second one is 21cm, the third one is 20.5cm and so on.

2. Except for the largest and smallest discs, dig out the middle of all other discs so that the border width is 4 cm.

3. Cut at least 7 more circles as big as the base, and hollow out the middle.

4. Now, make the base first.

5. Continue adding all other rings from largest to smallest.

6. When all the parts are in place, this is what it will look like.

7. Now consider the door part of the cat house. Start at the top and count down 20 levels.

8. Draw marks on this part and draw the shape of the door. Make sure to draw marks on each piece of cardboard. Make the door as large as possible and most importantly large enough for your cat to fit through.

9. On each ring, draw lines following your marks. The lines must be straight as shown in the picture.

10. Cut the circle where the line is drawn.

11. Again, stack all the materials back together, making sure to place them in the correct location. You will then see the finished door.

12. Finally, glue these materials together with white glue.

13. After the glue is completely dry, the cardboard cat house is complete! You can put pillows or blankets in it and let the cat try it out!
